Response: Waiting

Our experience of waiting ranges from annoying to life shattering. We sometimes frantically search for some way out of waiting. But Henri Nouwen advises that in waiting for God, we should be more like a trapeze artist flying through the air, arms outstretched, waiting for God to catch us. We are to “trust, trust, trust.”
